The province just announced an increase to the Property Transfer Tax exemption for newly built homes, now up to $1,100,000 and with partial exemption up to $1,150,000 when buying for a principal residence. Check out my blog for more information here!

Sales of condominiums were up 10.9 per cent from January 2023 with 112 units sold. Sales of condominiums were down 7.2 per cent from October 2022 with 141 units sold. Sales of single family homes decreased 16.1 per cent from October 2022 with 193 sold.
